Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager. The Responsibility Manager will interact with clients, provide personalized assistance, and help facilitate real estate transactions between property owners and buyers/tenants. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, guiding them through the property search or rental process, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely updates. The role requires addressing customer queries, providing solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking to handle multiple clients and transactions seamlessly.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address queries and find suitable solutions during the client journey.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in regional languages, such as Kannada, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
