About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager (Voice – Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact with potential customers over calls and assist them in their property journey—whether renting, buying, or selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Guide customers through the end-to-end real estate process
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate (Freshers & experienced candidates can apply)
- Strong communication skills in English (regional language is a plus)
- Basic understanding of sales/customer handling is preferred
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
