Job Description
Varun Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Customer Relationship Managers to join their team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. As a Customer Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain customer records, conduct sales visits to attract new customers, explain product features and benefits, and build strong relationships with customers. This role requires you to achieve or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. It's a full-time position with a six-day workweek from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Conduct sales visits to acquire new customers and promote company products.
- Explain product features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets set by the company.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Previous experience in field sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
