Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will engage with clients to understand their real estate requirements, provide tailored solutions, and assist them throughout the transactional process. Responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, managing property listings, conducting market research, and generating sales through effective consultation and strategy implementation. The role also entails coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales, client handling, and relationship management strategies
- Experience in real estate transactions and market research
- Ability to create customized client solutions and strategies
- Capability to work collaboratively with a team and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
