Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for fostering client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, identifying and closing sales opportunities, and delivering tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, managing sales pipelines, and working collaboratively with the team to meet revenue targets. The role also encompasses offering expert guidance throughout the buyer journey and driving a performance-driven sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide personalized solutions
- Sales and Training expertise to generate leads, close deals, and stay updated on market trends
- Experience in Sales Management, including pipeline tracking, target achievement, and team collaboration
- Proficiency in negotiation, networking, and client relationship management
- Relevant experience in real estate or a similar industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
