must have financial knowledge (ITR, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss A/c, how to calculate DSCR, etc)
Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Delhi-NCR (Pratap Nagar, Noida, Faridabad) is for a Relationship Manager specializing in Unsecured Business Loans. The role involves acquiring and managing relationships with clients, assessing loan applications, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving business targets. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain a robust client database, and provide tailored financial solutions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of unsecured business loans and financial products
- Experience in managing client relationships and developing business opportunities
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing client databases
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or NBFCs
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with the Delhi-NCR market is a plus
