Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati for a Relationship Manager - Two Wheeler Loans at Muthoot Capital Services Ltd. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners, promoting the company's Two Wheeler Loan products. Day-to-day tasks include loan origination, credit appraisals, meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support for loan processing, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management in the financial services or lending sector
- Knowledge of loan products, credit appraisals, and underwriting processes, particularly for vehicle loans
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the lending industry
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in the Guwahati market or similar urban centers is an advantage
