Ey Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact, building long-term trust, and managing day-to-day communications for key accounts.
- Growth and Revenue: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new products/services, and lead contract renewals.
- Strategy and Retention: Develop strategic plans to align company solutions with client goals, boosting client satisfaction and retention.
- Account Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior account managers, managing team performance and account workloads.
- Internal Coordination: Work with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure client projects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze account data to prepare and present performance reports to both clients and internal leadership.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand client business goals and develop tailored strategies.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide team members and manage complex projects.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
