Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager - TASC to join our team in the Greater Chennai Area. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and growing relationships within the Trust, Association, Society, and Clubs (TASC) segment. The selected individual will identify potential clients, manage key accounts, provide financial advisory services, and generate revenue through customized banking solutions. The responsibility also includes ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and networking skills for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing client relationships within the TASC sector.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategies for business growth, along with a sound understanding of financial products and services.
- Effective communication skills with expertise in negotiation and client engagement.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and address client needs creatively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred. Experience in the banking or financial sector is advantageous.
