Key Responsibilities
Acquire new retail and HNI clients through leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage client portfolios by providing market insights, trading recommendations, and
personalized investment advice on equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and IPOs.
Execute trades, monitor market trends, prepare investment reports, and resolve client
queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, NISM standards, and internal policies while
achieving revenue targets through upselling financial products.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field; NISM Series VIII
(Equity Derivatives) certification mandatory.
2-4 years of experience in stock broking, financial services, or sales; freshers with market
knowledge encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of capital markets, technical/fundamental analysis, and risk
management; excellent communication and sales skills required
