Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager at Equitas Small Finance Bank, located in Vijayawada. The primary responsibilities of this role include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and offering customized banking solutions. The role requires monitoring client accounts, achieving sales targets, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless banking operations and provide proactive support to clients.

- Proficiency in sales, cross-selling, and business development
- Ability to analyze financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of financial services, banking products, and regulatory guidelines

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or customer relationship management is an advantage
