Hiring: Relationship Manager – SME Loans (Big Ticket)
We are looking for high-performing Relationship Managers to join our SME Lending vertical in Agra and Moradabad. If you have a knack for building credit-worthy portfolios and a track record of handling high-value business loans, we want to talk to you.
The Role:
* Portfolio Growth: Identify and acquire new SME clients for loan requirements, specifically focusing on big-ticket sizes (up to ₹1 Cr and above).
* End-to-End Execution: Manage the entire loan lifecycle from sourcing and login to credit appraisal and final disbursement.
* Local Market Expertise: Leverage your network in the Moradabad business hubs to drive business.
* Relationship Management: Maintain healthy ties with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Who You Are:
* Experienced: Minimum 2–5 years in SME/Business Banking or NBFCs.
* Ticket Size Specialist: Proven experience in handling cases of ₹50 Lakhs to ₹1 Cr.
* Local Connector: Deep understanding of the local industrial and commercial landscape in Moradabad.
* Credit Savvy: Basic understanding of financial statements, GST returns, and credit risk.
