Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager specializing in Small Business Banking (SBB) Working Capital, based in Jabalpur. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium business clients, identifying their working capital needs, providing appropriate solutions, and promoting the bank's financial products and services. The Role also involves conducting market analyses to understand customer requirements, collaborating with internal teams to offer tailored financial solutions, ensuring timely delivery of services, and meeting business growth targets through client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of working capital products, loan structuring, credit assessment, and financial analysis.
- Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships with business clients.
- Proficiency in sales and business development strategies, with a proven track record of achieving growth targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify client needs, and strategize financial solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to banking products and services.
- Previous experience in small business banking or working capital finance is preferred.
