Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Relationship Manager/Sales Manager/Portfolio Manager. The individual in this role will actively manage client relationships, drive property sales, and oversee the portfolio of existing and potential customers. Responsibilities include driving client acquisition, handling end-to-end sales interactions, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and assisting with relevant post-sales processes.

- Experience in managing customer portfolios and providing tailored real estate solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights for customers
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or similar industries is an advantage
