Role Description
This full-time, on-site Relationship Manager / Sales Manager role is based in Bhagalpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying potential customers, and promoting the organization’s loans and financial services. Additional duties include achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards. The role also requires contributing to business development strategies and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining client relationships
- Proven skills in sales, customer service, and consultative selling
- Knowledge of banking and financial products, including secured and unsecured loans
- Problem-solving abilities coupled with effective decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
- Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the regional market
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the financial services or banking sector is advantageous
