We are hiring experienced professionals for multiple openings across various locations in India for the **Agency & Retail Broking Channel (Motor & Non-Motor)**.
**CTC:** Up to **₹7 LPA** (based on experience and current compensation)
### Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth through the Agency & Retail Broking channel.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance advisors, agents, and channel partners.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
* Recruit, train, and motivate channel partners to maximize productivity.
* Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
* Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
### Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum **3 years of experience** in the **General Insurance (GI) industry**, with mandatory experience in **Agency Sales**.
* Candidates must have demonstrated **career stability**, with a minimum tenure of **1.5 years** in their current or previous organization.
* Educational Qualification: **10th, 12th, and Graduation** are mandatory.
* Post-Graduation is an added advantage but not mandatory.
### Preferred Candidate Profile
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
* Good understanding of General Insurance products, especially Motor & Non-Motor.
* Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
**Locations:** Multiple locations across India.
