Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (Sales) role based in Bengaluru. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, assisting property owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers through the property transaction journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will also focus on achieving sales targets, negotiating deals, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the sales process, customer service, and client relationship management
- Problem-solving abilities and an organized approach to work
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a goal-oriented atmosphere
- Passion for learning, adaptability, and enthusiasm for the real estate/property industry
- Proficiency in local languages in addition to English is a plus
- Freshers are welcome; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
