Qualification: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or Business (NISM preferred). Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in broking, wealth management, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Onboard new clients, maintain relationships, and provide investment advisory.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets through brokerage, cross-selling, and increasing trade volumes.
  • Customer Service: Handle queries, resolve issues, and coordinate with back-office operations.
  • Business Development: Leverage networking, referrals, and industry events to expand the client base.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance, revenue, and client interactions.
