Source mortgage loan business through field sales, channel partners, referrals, and
branch leads.
Identify and acquire new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property.
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment structures to
customers.
Collect, verify, and ensure completeness of customer documents.
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan
processing.
Follow up on approvals, disbursements, and post-disbursement documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, know your customer norms.
Maintain healthy customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Monitor portfolio performance and minimize delinquency and credit risk.
Achieve monthly sourcing, login, and disbursement targets.
Provide regular MIS reports and updates to reporting managers.
