Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Relationship Manager within the Retail Lending ( Housing Loan , Business Loan , Loan Against Property ) & Insurance Business sector. The Relationship Manager will drive client acquisition and cultivate lasting relationships with customers, offering personalized solutions that align with their retail lending and insurance needs. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, providing expert advice on financial products, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on financial market trends and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, client servicing, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail lending, financial products, and insurance services
- Proficiency in trend analysis and ability to identify new business and investment opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Goal-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in real estate or financial services is a plus
Salary
Fixed Salary Rs 25000-30000 PM , plus Incrntives
