Role Description
Assettrust Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager specializing in real estate sales for an on-site role in Navi Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will build and nurture client relationships, understand their real estate needs, and assist them in making informed property investment or purchase decisions. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting property showings, providing data-driven advisory tailored to client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth transaction closures. The role also involves staying updated on real estate market trends and adhering to ethical and transparent client engagement practices.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to manage and grow client relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills tailored to real estate transactions
- Knowledge of RERA regulations, market analysis, and the local property market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in an on-site, client-facing role with flexibility and adaptability
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other real estate sales tools
- Prior experience in real estate sales or consultancy is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
