Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager (Real Estate) based in Ulhasnagar. The Relationship Manager will act as a key point of contact for customers, nurturing long-term relationships and providing a seamless client experience. The role includes handling client inquiries, showcasing property options, facilitating site visits, supporting clients through the buying process, and working with the sales team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and trust-building.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, account management, and understanding of the real estate market and trends.
- Organized work habits with attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales-related software.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and target-driven environment while working on-site.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous.
