Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager in Real Estate, located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and guiding them in property selection. The role includes scheduling and conducting property site visits, negotiating client deals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The Relationship Manager will also stay updated on market trends to provide valuable insights to clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, client relationship management, and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of property sales processes, negotiation tactics, and real estate market trends
- Ability to coordinate and conduct client meetings and property site visits efficiently
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields preferred
