Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager with the PSF channel in the life insurance domain, based in Noida. The role involves achieving and exceeding sales targets by building and strengthening relationships with partner banks and insurance consultants. The Relationship Manager will deliver product presentations, train and support channel partners, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Key duties include acquiring new business, addressing customer inquiries, and providing timely updates on product and process changes while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with partners and customers
- Proficiency in sales techniques, cross-selling, and up-selling life insurance and related financial products
- Ability to deliver engaging product presentations and conduct training for channel partners
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and client requirements
- Knowledge of compliance, regulatory guidelines, and the life insurance industry
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications
- Previous experience in relationship management, sales, or insurance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
