Role Description
The Relationship Manager - Premium Acquisition role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur. The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring high-value customers, offering a suite of customized financial products and services to meet their needs. Primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, achieving sales and portfolio targets, and collaborating with various teams to ensure excellent customer service. The role also entails cross-selling bank products and analyzing financial profiles to deliver tailored solutions for premium clients.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sales, client acquisition, and cross-selling products
- Knowledge of banking products, financial services, and customer relationship management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- At least 2-5 years of experience in relationship management or sales roles within the banking or financial sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in regional/local language is a plus
