Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role of Relationship Manager - Premium Accounts, located in Silvassa. The primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-value clients, identifying and generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role requires cross-selling financial products, conducting regular client reviews, and ensuring customer retention through personalized banking services. The Relationship Manager will work closely with different teams to address client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge in financial products, business banking, and credit policies
- Experience in sales, business development, and cross-selling banking services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of branch operations and banking processes
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic financial technologies
- Analytical skills for financial analysis and risk assessment
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in banking or financial services, especially handling premium or high-net-worth accounts, is an advantage
