Designation: Relationship Manager - Partner Relations
Location: Mumbai (Chembur)
Overview of the Job: We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager who is passionate about driving our platform’s adoption with vendors/ dealers of large corporates and increase vendor/ dealer sales. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to onboard new vendors/ dealers, continuously service them and build on going relationships that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Overview of the Function: The Partner Relations team ensures they are responsible for new vendor/ dealer acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and relationship (both Anchors and vendors/ dealers).
Reporting to: The Relationship manager will be working with the PR - Lead

Your Role at CredAble
Use digital and offline channels to maximize vendor adoption, generate arbitrage and drive sales.Handhold set of assigned vendors/ dealers to get them on boarded on the platform/ Banks and ensure maximum conversion and usage.Manage regular servicing of converted vendors/ dealers and ensure retentionCross sell CredAble’s other products (Lending, Alliances, Export Financing etc.) to existing vendors/ dealersIndependently source deals from open market for NBFC fundingPerform vendor/ dealer credit assessment and contribute towards improvement of the credit model.Understand complete vendor/ dealer and corporate journey and provide suggestions for the tech product roadmap.Vendor/ Dealer Analytics & MIS Reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
What will you bring to CredAble?
Experience working in financial/fintech product sales, relationship management, vendor management.Excellent negotiation and relationship skills.Focused on customer experience.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Fluent in giving presentations to top level management of small to large companies. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.Structured and ability to think on his/her feet.
