Role Description The Relationship Manager or Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandsaur. The role involves building and managing relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their housing finance requirements, and recommending suitable loan products. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings, explaining loan terms and documentation, and guiding applicants through the approval process. The role also requires coordination with internal teams for credit assessment, documentation, and disbursement, while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Manager/Officer is expected to maintain accurate records, follow up on repayments, and support customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and portfolio quality.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide clear guidance on housing finance products.
- Sales and business development abilities, such as lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals within structured targets and timelines.
- Basic financial and analytical skills, including understanding of loan products, repayment structures, and risk assessment principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining complex information in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, maintaining records, and complying with regulatory and company standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Mandsaur, collaborate with internal teams, and manage time efficiently in a field-focused environment.
- Prior experience in housing finance, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a specialization in finance, business, or commerce is an added advantage.
