Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - NRI, located in Bhubaneswar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients by understanding their banking needs and offering customized financial solutions. Daily tasks include managing accounts, providing investment advice, promoting banking products and services, assisting clients with financial planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction through superior service quality. The role also involves cross-selling relevant banking products and ensuring customer onboarding and compliance processes align with regulatory standards.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understanding of banking products, financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and accounts efficiently.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
