The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of NR customers (NRE/NRO/FCNR accounts).
- New Client Acquisition: Focus on acquiring high-value NR relationships through networking and referrals.
- Wealth Management: Cross-sell investment products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Fixed Income products tailored to NR needs.
- Service Excellence: Ensure seamless banking operations for clients, handling queries related to remittances, taxation, and documentation.
- Compliance: Adhere to RBI guidelines and FEMA regulations regarding NRI banking at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA/CA preferred).
- Experience: 5–6 years of experience in Retail Banking or Wealth Management, specifically handling the NR segment.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of NR banking products, FEMA regulations, and investment avenues in India.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, sales orientation, and a proactive mindset
- Certifications: IRDA and AMFI/NISM certifications are a plus.
