Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Relationship Manager will engage with property owners, tenants, and buyers to understand their requirements, provide property recommendations, and guide them through the end-to-end transaction process. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and coordinating property visits, maintaining regular follow-ups, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, resolving queries, addressing concerns, and supporting customers in using NoBroker’s platform and services effectively. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams, update CRM systems, meet defined sales and service targets, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer engagement processes.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local/regional languages preferred.
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer needs, offer suitable solutions, and close deals.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and property visits efficiently.
- Basic technical proficiency to work with CRM tools, mobile apps, and online platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results and team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market, especially Bengaluru South, will be beneficial.
