Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Relationship Manager – New Car Loans, based in Jamnagar. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with automobile dealerships and customers to drive new car loan sales. The Relationship Manager will identify customer needs, offer suitable financial solutions, manage client portfolios, and ensure timely disbursal of loans. The position also involves continuous market research to identify potential opportunities and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and dealership partners effectively.
- Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals successfully.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail to evaluate customer profiles, ensure accurate loan processing, and maintain compliance.
- Knowledge of financial services and products related to automobile loans. Familiarity with the automobile industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to adapt to internal systems efficiently.
- Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or a relevant field; prior experience in banking or automotive financing is preferred.
