Job Description - Sales Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in Working Capital Financing, specifically in Supply Chain Finance, Dealer Finance, or Channel Finance solutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in business acquisition, anchor onboarding, dealer/distributor relationship management, and driving disbursement growth within NBFC, Banking, or Fintech environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business acquisition for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Channel Finance products.
- Identify and onboard anchor clients, distributors, and dealer networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely collections support where required.
- Develop market penetration strategies for business growth.
- Conduct regular client meetings, field visits, and relationship management activities.
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and sales MIS reporting.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and financing opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Channel Finance, Dealer Finance, or Working Capital Sales.
- Prior experience in NBFC, Banking, or Fintech industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of lending products, invoice financing, and dealer/distributor financing.
- Experience in anchor acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred.
