*Keystone Real Estate Advisory Pvt. Ltd.* is expanding its team and looking for passionate real estate professionals to join our *Western Market - Sales Team (Borivali To Andheri)*
### 📌 Open Positions
*1️⃣ Team Leader – Residential Real Estate Sales*
💰 *CTC:* ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives
*Experience:*
✔️ 4–7 years in Residential Real Estate Sales
✔️ Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
✔️ Strong leadership, sales closing & negotiation skills
✔️ Experience managing digital leads, high-ticket sales & team targets
✔️ Good understanding of the Western Market - residential and commercial
*2️⃣ Sales Manager – Residential Real Estate Sales (Individual Contributor)*
💰 *Salary:* ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
*Experience:*
✔️ 1–4 years in Residential Real Estate Sales
✔️ Strong sales closing & client management skills
✔️ Experience handling digital leads and site visits
✔️ Knowledge of Mumbai - Western Market - residential projects
✔️ Target-driven with excellent communication skills
📍 Office Location :- Andheri East
Western Market - Sales Team (Borivali To Andheri)
### 📅 Working Days
6 Days a Week :- Tuesday to Sunday
(Monday Fixed Off)
