Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with MNC and New Age clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client portfolios, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing financial advisory services, achieving set targets, and adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in relationship management, customer service, and client engagement
- 8-10 years of experience in handling MNCs and startups with an established network in the Chennai MNC/ New Age ecosystem.
- Driven and motivated to excel in a like-minded team.
- Knowledge of wholesale banking products, investment options, and relevant industry trends
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide customized and complex financial solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or qualified CA shall be preferred.
