Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Relationship Manager - Mortgages. The role requires engaging with potential and existing customers to promote mortgage products, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, building strong client relationships, managing the loan application process, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also supervise end-to-end mortgage loan processing in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge of mortgage products, financial services, and the home loan industry
- Sales and marketing expertise with the ability to generate and convert leads
- Basic understanding of credit assessment and financial documentation
- Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience in banking, housing finance, or financial services is preferred
