Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and relationship-driven professional to build and nurture partnerships across the media and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with artists, influencers, event organizers, brands, production houses, agencies, and corporate clients.
This role combines business development, networking, client servicing, artist acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Artist & Talent Acquisition
Identify and onboard actors, singers, comedians, anchors, influencers, models, dancers, speakers, and entertainers.
Build long-term relationships with artists and their managers.
Explain platform benefits and assist with registration and profile creation.
Maintain regular engagement with onboarded talent.
Client Relationship Management
Develop relationships with brands, agencies, event companies, wedding planners, production houses, and corporates.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable artists.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Ensure excellent client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Partnership Development
Generate strategic partnerships with entertainment industry stakeholders.
Explore collaborations with talent agencies, event companies, media houses, and industry associations.
Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Networking & Industry Presence
Attend industry events, launches, networking gatherings, award functions, exhibitions, and entertainment events.
Represent Stars N Celebs professionally in external interactions.
Build a strong network of decision-makers and industry influencers.
Revenue & Business Growth
Generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
Support negotiations and commercial discussions.
Assist in converting opportunities into successful engagements.
Contribute toward monthly and quarterly business targets.
Relationship Intelligence
Maintain CRM records and client databases.
Track interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Share market insights, competitor activities, and industry trends.
