Our reputed IPC client in Mumbai is seeking a passionate and client-focused Relationship Manager – Luxury Sales to manage and drive sales in the premium and luxury residential real estate segment. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience in luxury real estate sales.
Job Description
- Handle sales of luxury and premium residential properties in the primary real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, and developers.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions aligned with their preferences and investment goals.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close sales successfully.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless buying experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new luxury project launches in Mumbai.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales or a similar relationship management role.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai luxury real estate market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management and consultative selling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Candidates from IPCs, luxury developers, or premium real estate consulting firms preferred.
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods preferred.
