Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager, Level 1. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to address their property requirements. Day-to-day activities include engaging with customers to understand their real estate needs, providing tailored solutions using NoBroker.com’s services, assisting customers in navigating the property buying, selling, or renting process, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through follow-ups and support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to addressing client needs
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowing Kannada or Hindi is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream; MBA or equivalent education is a bonus
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and meet performance targets
- Freshers are eligible; experience in real estate, customer service, or sales is an advantage
