Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Level 1, based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their property needs, providing support in property hunting, and guiding them to achieve satisfactory transactions. The Relationship Manager will facilitate communication between property owners and buyers or tenants, ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving capabilities
- Negotiation and persuasion skills to foster effective transactions
- Ability to adapt quickly, work proactively, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of the real estate sector is an added advantage
- A customer-first attitude and a focus on delivering a positive experience
- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred)
- Familiarity with technology tools and basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
