Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Relationship Manager L-1 located in Bengaluru. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers with buying, selling, and renting real estate properties by leveraging NoBroker’s advanced platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client interactions, addressing their property-related requirements, sharing insights on available options, and coordinating between buyers and sellers for seamless transactions. You will ensure client satisfaction and build strong customer relationships while working in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements, provide solutions, and negotiate effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools for customer engagement
- Adaptability, team collaboration, and goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, or experience in customer service is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, recent graduates are welcome to apply
