Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager / Inside Sales Executive. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, assisting customers with property transactions, and providing tailored solutions to meet their real estate needs. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers through calls and digital channels, understanding customer requirements, showcasing properties or services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach when addressing client needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for managing sales processes and customer interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven workplace.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus but not mandatory; freshers with a passion for sales and customer engagement are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly regional languages, will be an added advantage.
