Role Description
The Relationship Manager L-1 will play a pivotal role in connecting property owners with tenants and buyers through NoBroker’s platform. Responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, offering solutions that align with their real estate needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the transaction process. The role entails relationship management, providing timely support, and driving business by fostering trust with customers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to provide tailored solutions and address client needs.
- Basic understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior; prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining independence and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other technology-based solutions effectively.
- Fluency in English and any additional regional language spoken in Bengaluru is an added advantage.
- Graduate degree in any field is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
