Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager L-1 located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers to understand their real estate needs and offering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, maintaining a positive experience, ensuring smooth end-to-end transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to meet service expectations. The role requires effective communication and the ability to build strong client relationships in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and tailor real estate solutions accordingly.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools for managing and communicating with customers.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, but freshers with an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with the real estate market, especially in Bengaluru, is an added advantage.
