About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager to strengthen our partner network and drive student recruitment through strategic agent collaborations. This role is critical in expanding our presence across key markets and building long-term, high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent Onboarding & Activation
- Identify, onboard, and activate new education agents and partners across assigned regions.
- Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to ensure consistent student flow and engagement.
- Market Expansion
- Strategically expand EPA Global’s footprint by exploring new territories and untapped markets.
- Target Achievement
- Drive monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through active partner engagement and conversion strategies.
- Business Development
- Generate leads through agents, conduct regular follow-ups, and support partners in closing applications.
- Training & Support
- Provide ongoing guidance, updates, and training to agents regarding university offerings, processes, and compliance.
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor agent performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve output and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in education consulting / international student recruitment / B2B partnerships
- Strong network of education agents (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and expansion activities
