Role Description
The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi. The individual will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Key activities include acquiring new clients, selling financial products such as equity, mutual funds, and insurance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service. The role involves collaborating closely with other teams to deliver effective solutions and achieve business goals while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of financial products, including equity, mutual funds, and insurance
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address client needs effectively
- Familiarity with market trends and regulatory frameworks in the financial sector
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client management and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications such as NISM/AMFI are advantageous
