Job Brief:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales Department as a Relationship Manager specializing in inhouse sales. This role demands a strategic individual who can effectively manage and grow client relationships within the financial services sector, ensuring the delivery of tailored financial solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote the bank's financial products and services.
- Identify client needs and provide customized financial solutions including loans, deposits, and investment products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and cross-selling strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and risk to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client issues.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies while managing client accounts.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide informed advice to clients.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
