Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager with strong expertise in capital markets, client advisory, and revenue generation. The role involves managing HNI/UHNI and retail investor portfolios, driving investment product sales, and delivering market insights to enhance client wealth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI and retail clients in equity, derivatives, mutual funds, bonds, PMS, and structured products.
- Provide investment advisory based on market trends, risk profiling, and asset allocation strategies.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling capital market products and achieving brokerage and AUM targets.
- Build long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive market updates.
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and lead conversion.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (SEBI/RBI norms) and internal risk policies.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of equity markets, derivatives, and wealth products.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- NISM certifications preferred.
