Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru, requiring immediate joining. The role will involve assisting property owners and tenants/buyers with their needs, providing end-to-end solutions, and ensuring a seamless property transaction experience. Key responsibilities include supporting clients in their real estate journeys, managing customer relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide tailored solutions
- Capability to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced work environment
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with the real estate market or Proptech is a plus
- Graduation in any field from an accredited institution
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and join immediately
