Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between property owners and tenants or buyers, providing concierge-level assistance throughout the property renting or selling process. The role includes responsibilities such as understanding customer requirements, providing timely solutions, coordinating property visits, negotiating agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with technology-driven tools and collaborate with a passionate team in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to articulate client needs and build long-term relationships.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to manage client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry or willingness to learn about property transactions, rental agreements, and related services.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms to manage operations and client interactions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, with an eagerness to join a merit-driven and dynamic work culture.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
